All Downtown Hotels Mandate a 3 Night Minimum Stay
Reservations made after January 5th are subject to the hotel's approval. Rooms may not be available at the same rates.

*When using the 'Reservation Form below, Please fill out all the required fields (*) on the form and then press the "Click to submit" button. A copy of this information will be displayed which you should print out for your records. The information will also be sent directly to our hotel reservation manager Mary Jane Hughes of Destination Phoenix. She will review it and either email or phone you with a confirmation within 1-2 business days. Final confirmations do not happen instantly, it will take up to 48 hours for your final confirmation to arrive. If you do not get a final confirmation from Mary Jane within 48 hours, contact her directly to make sure she received this reservation.
*You must submit valid credit card information which will be used to secure your first nights stay. Rooms will not be held without this information. (If the tournament exceeds capacity and a team is denied entrance, there will be no penalty for cancellation of rooms.) Cancellation polices vary from hotel to hotel. Please be aware that some hotels do not allow any cancellations under 30 days. Everyone will abide by the Hotel's cancellation policy. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservations to inform everyone in their room block of these policies.
A complete rooming list is required by January 5th or within 7 days from receiving your hotel confirmation, whichever is later. The room list form can be found on the web site.
